Where should I start?

Are the books based on real history?
Yes. They draw on real Viking-age history and real figures, including Harald Fairhair, Eric Bloodaxe and Haakon the Good, with the licence that fiction allows.
Who are the authors?
Ole Åsli and Tony Bakkejord, two Norwegian writers, one with a doctorate in psychology and the other a psychiatrist, who have written Viking fiction together since 2016 from above the Arctic Circle.
